With respect to alcoholic products, the conveyor method of assembling orders from a dealer for retail stores is considered. It is based on the movement of the forklift along the ends of rows of racks, on which the collector responsible for it places a part of the customer order from each row. By calculation it is shown that the labor of the collector moving only along one row during the conveyor assembly of the order is ten times less than the labor costs under the existing method, when the collector moves with the forklift across the entire warehouse.

The article discusses actual problems of creating integrated transport and logistics systems (ITLS), which should correspond to global changes taking place in the modern world, based on the principles of Industry 4.0 and proactive management. ITLS of the new generation unites subsystems of transport and logistics services, supply links and provide stability and customer-orientation at a more efficient level. This is one of the priorities of the cyberphysical systems envisaged by the industry concept 4.0. The leading place among the business models of the "knowledge economy" and logistics technologies should be assigned to the ITL life cycle management models having a long time cycle.

In particular, the main elements of infrastructure are: innovative and technological centers, business-incubators, technoparks, scientific parks and technopolises. The experience of developed countries shows that such innovative structures create favorable conditions for efficient activity and development of small innovative enterprises that implement original scientific and technical ideas by giving them the temporary use of production space, logistics, information networks, provision of research devices and equipment, providing advice on a wide range of scientific, technological, economic and legal issues.
