The article examines the main trends in the global transport sector, estimates the national position of the transport system in the world market modal, and the potential of Russia, arising from its special geographical position and transcontinental extent, to create integrated logistics systems.

Logistics of passenger flow forecasting at air transport, with the impact of regional factors

This article describes the regional factors and evaluates their impact on passenger traffic airports. We found significant indicators: investment in fixed assets; innovative and integrated ratings of the regional socio-economic development; potential passenger flow, scale of region's economy.

Actual problems and prospects of multilateral resolutions of European Conference of Transport Ministers

Article considers fundamental principles for multilateral resolution European Conference of Transport Ministers, goals and tasks of this system. Problems and the main reason faced by domestic forwarders when working with CEMT were identified in this article. The VCIOM (Russian Public Opinion Research Center) statistic according to its users was showed. The near-term prospects of working road transport companies on multilateral permits were considered. The actions need to be taken on the national level for improving the competitiveness of domestic forwarders were offered.

Intelligent models for quality assessment of an urban land passenger transport

Relevance of the topic is validated. Authors analyzed the possibility of using a process of intellectualization of decision making for management quality system. The article describes how to create a fuzzy expert system for quality evaluation of an urban land passenger transport.

Model for a comprehensive assessment of the transportation process using satellite monitoring systems

Each logistic company faces a problem of transport use control in the process of implementation of the demand. Satellite monitoring of transportation solves this problem. This technology is used to solve the problems of transport logistics in automated control systems for traffic management and fleet.
