Impact of shadow customs traffic on the economy of the Far Eastern Federal District

Annotation. The article presents a study of the sphere of cargo customs transportation, offenses in this area and fines provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation. The analysis of data on violations in the field of customs services in the Russian Federation, as well as a comparative description of offenses in the field of customs services in the far East in 2016–2017. On the basis of these data, the facts of existing violations of customs legislation were identified and recommendations for their elimination were developed.
