Development of proposals to improve the process of collecting debts for the payment of customs duties from individuals

Annotation. The article analyzes the process of collecting debts for the payment of customs duties from individuals. The problem of high efficiency of recovery from foreign citizens is revealed. Based on the conducted retrospective and prospective analysis, proposals were developed aimed at improving the efficiency of administrative management for the payment of customs duties with foreign individuals.

Annotation. Analysis of the customs mode of temporary import of goods under Carnet ATA for international transportation, the historical stages of evolution, the reasons and matters of becoming, development, main characteristics and advantages over the other modes.

Accuracy of the customs control objects selection after the release of goods

Annotation. The article analyzes the process of selecting objects of customs control after the release of goods. The problem of low efficiency of verification measures carried out by customs authorities has been identified. Based on the development of a methodological apparatus for assessing the economic effect, as well as calculations using forecasting methods, the economic effect of increasing the accuracy of the choice of control objects was determined.

Annotation. The article analyzes the main types of government services provided by customs authorities. Based on the collection of statistical data on the provision of customs services, as well as the calculation of indicators of structural shifts, trends in the field of customs services have been identified, which have a significant impact on the processes of customs logistics.

Impact of shadow customs traffic on the economy of the Far Eastern Federal District

Annotation. The article presents a study of the sphere of cargo customs transportation, offenses in this area and fines provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation. The analysis of data on violations in the field of customs services in the Russian Federation, as well as a comparative description of offenses in the field of customs services in the far East in 2016–2017. On the basis of these data, the facts of existing violations of customs legislation were identified and recommendations for their elimination were developed.
