Dear readers! The first half of the year is approaching, which means that on the pages of the fifth issue of the magazine you will find a lot of useful analytical materials on the markets of warehouse real estate, cargo transportation, etc. Our authors Yu.V. Klimenko, M.G. Grigoryan, R.N.
Dear readers! We present to your attention the fourth issue of the LOGISTICS journal. By tradition, in the April issue we summarize the results of TransRussia | SkladTech 2025. This year, the exhibition attracted a record number of exhibitors and over 30,000 visitors. Under the heading "non-economic activity", we are posting an interesting article by A.V. Efimov on the prospects for the development of non-primary non-energy exports from Russia to Vietnam.
Dear readers! We present to your attention the third issue of the LOGISTICS journal. First of all, we would like to draw readers' attention to our new partner R1 Development, a development company that creates a new generation environment and specializes in the construction of industrial, logistics, commercial and residential real estate. One of the projects of R1 Development is the Druzhba industrial park network.
Annotation. The present article is intended to research of key changes in the Russian container transportation market. The structural nature of the changes and, as a consequence, the need to take into account these changes in the process of managing transport organizations is noticed. It has been determined that among the changes significant for market players are the changes of traditional transportation routes in import, export and domestic traffic, the transformation of client base, the redistribution of a number of functions of market participants etc. The studied changes are considered as a key factor in the choice (adjustment) of the development strategy of transport organizations involved in container transportation. Based on the results of the research, a list of adaptation measures is proposed.
Key words. Structural changes, transport service industry, management, transport organization, container transportation.
Annotation. The article considers the factors that determine the current trends in the development of Russian ports. The focus is on grain exports. The industry specifics of grain port terminals are substantiated, modern trends and possibilities of their development are shown.
Key words. Seaport, export volume, cargo turnover, grain transshipment, grain port terminal, grain supply chain, transshipment production facilities.
Annotation. The article analyzes the state and prospects for the development of logistics in Islamic Republic Iran within framework of international transport corridors North – South taking into account the geographical position of the state in conditions of geopolitical instability. In this regard, the transport and logistics capabilities of Iran in the region for the expansion of economic relations of the states of the Caspian Sea, the EAEU, Asia are presented.
Key words. Iran, logistic, North – South international transport corridor.
Annotation. The article discusses technological and business processes in the organization of rail and sea transportation, as well as changes in the organization of transport production of port railways. Management of interacting modes of transport has a greater opportunity to increase the organizational level of production. However, elasticity, the ability to spatio-temporal transformations of the means of production in the course of production itself, also has its limits. The study develops a mathematical model of the control system for bringing wagons to the port station, using the theory of dynamic systems. The stability of the functioning of transport production management systems in portside transport and technological systems is investigated.
Key words. Railway transport, organization of transport production, portside transport and technological system, decision-making, supply plan, stability of control systems, theory of dynamic systems.
Annotation. The transportation of perishable goods is one of the most challenging tasks for mathematical modeling. In such problems, the priority is clarity in planning shipments and delivering the cargo, with key variables being time constraints. Every analyst working on such models must have experience and knowledge of real-world conditions – and, most importantly, the ability to present the solution results as actionable recommendations in a format understandable to the client. The article examines a generalized mathematical model, which is broken down into stages, each with its own models and solution methods. In conclusion, the overall transportation scheme is analyzed, and recommendations are provided for drafting contracts between producers and retail outlets.
Key words. Perishable cargo, freight transportation, transportation, mathematical model, least cost method, assignment problem, transportation network.
Annotation. The article presents a retrospective analysis of the influence of various factors on the export of lentils from the Russian Federation. Using correlation and regression analysis, the dependencies between the export of lentils, the rate of export customs duty, and the gross collection of lentils in the Russian Federation are shown. The main countries to which lentils were exported and the dynamics of exports to these countries are determined. Particular attention is paid to the consequences of the introduction of the rate of export duty on lentils, one of which was a change in the seasonality of lentil exports.
Key words. Customs regulation, export of goods, customs duty rates, export volumes, seasonality.
