Our editorial staff, like all our colleagues, is preparing for the TransRussia 2025 exhibition, the largest event in the industry. In this issue, we have prepared an interview with Natalia Lomunova, Director of TransRussia, with whom we are talking about a flexible approach, new participants and digital services. The article evaluates the prospects for an increase in the volume of non-raw non-energy export from Russia to Vietnam, including in terms of the most promising goods, and an increase in its share in export from Russia to Vietnam. Transformations of the activities of the Russian export center are proposed.

Annotation. The content of the blockchain concept (technology) in relation to supply chain management and logistics is disclosed. The evolution of blockchain technology is shown: advanced blockchain, complex and advanced solutions using blockchain. The main areas of application and characteristics of the problems of the blockchain application in the USP are considered. The key risks and problems faced by developers of blockchain solutions in logistics and ADC are analyzed.

Annotation. In the article considers the advantages and problematic aspects of digital technologies’ introduction in the transport and logistics sector. The reasons why digitalization of logistics service enterprises in maritime transport is necessary are identified. The main areas and business processes of maritime transport enterprises in which the use of digital technologies is possible are determined. The experience of using digital platforms by leading companies providing logistics services in maritime transport is analyzed. It is established that the business processes of maritime transport should be considered in the context of multimodal transportation.

The article is of a review nature and is devoted to the analysis of modern research, problems and prospects for the development of rail transportation of consolidated cargo in the context of growing demand for small-lot deliveries. A new technology for organizing consolidated rail transportation based on the concept of carpooling is analyzed, which proposes to exclude unnecessary links from the chain through intelligent systems.

Annotation. This article examines the specifics of cargo exports from the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation and the role of the Northern Sea Route as a transport artery. The experience of using logistics schemes for the removal of goods from the Arctic within the framework of existing projects is analyzed and the importance of developing mineral resource development projects in the modern realities of geopolitical tension is determined. The need to update the group of organizational and economic methods for substantiating the effectiveness of logistics schemes for the removal of goods from the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation has been proven.

Annotation. The article is devoted to the study of the impact of drivers' performance on the reputational risks of trucking companies. The paper highlights the importance of reputation management as a strategic objective to ensure the sustainable development of enterprises. The key reputational risks specific to the automotive industry are highlighted and the main factors that can minimize these risks are identified. Special attention is paid to the role of drivers as direct representatives of the company in the eyes of customers and society. Consideration of practical cases allows for a deeper understanding of the mechanisms of occurrence and implementation of reputational risks, as well as recommendations for their prevention.

Annotation. The article defines the scientific understanding of distribution as an economic system in trade is defined, the tasks performed by distribution logistics are outlined. The author's scheme for constructing a distribution system of retail chains is compiled. The types of integration of retail chains into new markets are indicated, the advantages for retail chains, the supply of which is provided through the distribution center, are determined.
