Annotation. The possibility of lifting the ban on the transportation of high-capacity containers in universal rolling stock (in gondola cars) and potential effects on the transport market is considered. Concrete steps are proposed to build logistics chains of transportation that balance the interests of the infrastructure owner, carrier, cargo owners and rolling stock operators.

Annotation. The article considers and defines the concepts of freight forwarder and carrier, including by type of transport. The principal differences between a freight forwarder and a carrier are accumulated and formulated. A brief analysis of the differences in the rights and obligations, as well as the responsibility of the freight forwarder and the carrier under the contract of freight forwarding and cargo transportation is considered and carried out.

Annotation. The article discusses the possibilities of expanding cooperation between international airports of regional importance within the framework of the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union and the implementation of the EAEU's coordinated transport policy in the field of air transport and its integration with the Silk Road economic belt. On the example of the tariff policy implemented in 2017 at Almaty International Airport JSC, its results and their impact on the achievement of the EAEU targets in the field of air transport are analyzed. It’s assessed the readiness of the Advisory Committee on Transport and Infrastructure and its subcommittee on civil aviation to organize the work of a digital decision-making system when choosing a method and basis for the airport charges.

Annotation. In the article, the concept of «logistics» as a basic factor in the organization of various systems in transport, as a philosophy of adaptive survival of complex systems, is the interconnection of individual elements with each other, thereby determining the integrity of these systems. The logistic element acts as an indivisible set of actions in the form of unbreakable mutual obligations, described by random processes with a history and consequences.

Annotation. In the article a model for the formation of the optimal region transport infrastructure is proposed. The model is based on the task of finding the optimal location of vehicle fleets and terminals on the basis of the formed network of distribution and sorting warehouses and the demand uncertainty on the part of goods consumers served by this warehouse infrastructure.
