Dear readers! In September the CeMAT RUSSIA exhibition was held, which showed everyone that innovations and robotics are increasingly penetrating the logistics industry. We can safely say that many technologies are tested here, and only then they go out into the world. However, it is not only CeMAT RUSSIA that demonstrates the prevalence of the digital agenda.
Dear readers! This is the ninth issue of the journal, which turned out to be very rich and diverse. Traditionally, the issue is opened by an analyst. The material by Alina Nasyrova from the Market Guide Agency, dedicated to investments in warehouse complexes in Russia, recalls the importance of developing logistics infrastructure for the integrated development of regions.
Dear readers! We present to your attention the eighth issue of the magazine and its materials.
Annotation. This article discusses the impact of digitalization trends in international logistics, what changes entail the introduction of new technologies in the logistics business, as well as the problems of their implementation.
Key words. Logistics, digitalization, digital technology, international logistics, innovation.
Annotation. The essence of Vendor-managed inventory is considered and it is concluded that the concept is a rather promising way to improve the inventory management system of a trading enterprise. As a result of the study, six stages of Vendor-managed inventory implementation were identified. For each stage, the necessary actions and requirements are reflected. The risk assessment of each stage of implementation is carried out and actions that can prevent or reduce the risk are proposed.
Key words. VMI, stock, inventory management.
Annotation. This article presents an analysis of foreign experience in the development of stationary warehouse complexes that function in the interests of material and technical support of troops. The use of modern experience in logistics today makes it possible to integrate the supply chain of material and technical means while reducing delivery times and reducing the risks of inefficient use of financial resources.
Key words. Warehouse base, material resources, troops, system, infrastructure, logistics.
Annotation. The purpose of this study is to study the features of the St. Petersburg scientific school in the field of criminology, which was founded by Professor O.B. Malikov and continued by his student, Professor O.D. Pokrovskaya (St. Petersburg). The subject of scientific and applied research carried out within the framework of this school is described.
Key words. Scientific school, criminalistics, logistics of transport hubs and terminals, research work.
Annotation. The article proposes an approach to solving the problem of optimizing the regional logistics infrastructure. The proposed algorithm, considered for the particular case of the problem with single-product flows and two types of vehicles, can also be used for a multi-product model, with various types of heavy and light transport.
Key words. Infrastructure, a network of car fleets, distribution and sub-sorting warehouses, stochastic model, probabilistic demand, two-tier planning, minimum cost flow.
