On its pages, we summarize the results of the TransRussia | SkladTech 2024 exhibition, held from March 19 to 21 at Crocus Expo. The organizers and guests of the event claim that the exhibition is breaking new attendance records from year to year and improving its business program.
The article defines the Russian WMS systems market current situation. Results of WMS systems research in Russia formed the basis of the article. More than 40 criteria used research of WMS systems estimation were enable to describe WMS application in as much details as possible and formulate recommendations for all market participants during the processes of WMS system selection and implementation.

Supplier relationship management (SRM) is one of the ways to increase the profitability of the company. The meaning of the SRM concept as well as the existing methods of it application in the business practice are determined in the first part of the article. The second part of the work is devoted to the proposed integrated approach of SRM application in order to improve the logistics service of suppliers provided to their customers ‒ manufacturing companies.

The article is devoted to use of methods in delivery and inventory management in transport companies. It is known that poor inventory management leads to two problems: illiquid assets and deficit. In transport companies both of these problems lead to significant costs, therefore an urgent need for developing an optimal policy of inventory management is particularly acute. The paper presents examples of inventory stocks parameters calculations based on various methods and their comparative analysis.

Cross-functional barriers are the cause of reducing the handling of industrial corporations/enterprises. They reduce the competitiveness of the Russian economy as a whole. Cross-functional logistics coordination is an important element in improving the quality of governance. Holistic approach to the formation of coordination models is caused by the changes in the organizational architecture, business process reengineering, creation of modern information systems, motivation and development of staff.
