Annotation. This article presents the main stages of the formation of an effective warehouse logistics of a regional wholesale and trading company through the processes of personnel management and their optimization. The analysis of the activities of key players in the wholesale trade market of the Primorsky Territory revealed problematic areas of research related to the lack of accounting for the efficiency of the main warehouse staff and the assessment of its impact on the profitability of the business as a whole. The proposed recommendations for optimizing warehouse logistics processes through the management of warehouse technical personnel can be scaled to the activities of most regional wholesale companies.

Annotation. 2022 marks the 60th anniversary of the Caribbean crisis. One of the most important operations carried out by our country at that time was Operation Anadyr. The logistics route: «USSR – Republic of Cuba», the operation carried out today remains unique and has its own features, which are discussed in this article.

Annotation. A forecast of cargo traffic on the Northern Sea Route (NSR) up to 2030 was carried out. A methodological approach to the development of logistics schemes for the cargo transportation along the NSR is described. The main types of ice-class vessels have been determined.
