Dear readers! We present to your attention the first issue in 2024. According to tradition, it contains a lot of analytical materials based on the results of 2023. Annotation. The importance and competitive advantages of digital transformation of supply chains using cognitive IT-platforms are shown. The need to develop the flexibility, dynamism and visibility of supply chains based on the use of the concept / technology of Supply Chain Control Tower – SCCT is proved. The problems of visibility in the supply chain are considered as the main imperative of SCCT implementation for the purpose of control and monitoring of parameters of goods and transport flows. The results of analytical studies of the visibility of supply chains for companies in various industries are presented and summarized. The control signs of poor visibility in the supply chain are identified, as well as practical recommendations for improving visibility based on an analysis of the practices of leaders in supply chain management are given. The basic terminology is presented, the problems are identified, and the key stages of the evolution of the SCCT concept in the direction of increasing the visibility of supply chains are analyzed.
