The third issue of “LOGISTICS” journal of 2021 has been published

Dear readers! We present to your attention the third issue of the “LOGISTICS” journal of 2021. We have specially prepared this issue for the exhibition "Transrussia-2021", which will soon begin its work. By tradition, we act as an information partner of the event and offer participants and guests of the exhibition to get acquainted with the journal, subscribe, and become our authors.

The articles dedicated to ensuring the safety of cargo transportation occupy an important place in the issue: you will learn how to insure the cargo in a few clicks, as well as what you need to know about VAT when choosing a transport company. 

Be sure and read the interview with Dina Dudina, Director of the Butovo Fulfillment Center. We talk to her about logistics in e-commerce, its evolution and the prospects of the updated Butovo Fulfillment Center, which the Utkonos company will also have with Butovo modernization. 

We are completing a series of articles by Valerian Volkov on price growth in the food supply chain. In the final part, the author offers concrete steps to stabilize prices in retail trade.

Our authors from Kazakhstan Tolkyn Azatbek, Daniyar Baitenizov, Zhanarys Raimbekov analyze the factors of the development of the market for the transportation of goods in the context of the coronavirus pandemic. The article consistently examines the factors of globalization and increased competition, the institutional and legal conditions for the development of trade, the formation and development of transport infrastructure, and logistics systems in a single system.

Vera Vodianova, Nikolai Zaichkin, Ivan Ermakov, and Svetlana Kuzminykh propose a mathematical model of cargo movement along a selected section of the national logistics system, on the basis of which it is possible to calculate the damage from the impact of adverse events.

Pyotr Kurenkov, Evgenia Chebotareva, Irina Solop raise the topic of logistics of oil cargo transportation, revealing the historical aspects of the use of unique oil cargo delivery schemes and considering the experience of modern oil transportation systems that have been developed through the expansion of the development of logistics tools and logistics principles.
