Dear readers! We present to your attention the final issue of the LOGISTICS journal in 2024. We have tried to make it rich and interesting. Today, many Russian companies operate under strict sanctions restrictions, which force them to reorient logistics flows. One of the possible solutions to this problem may be the Russia – Mongolia – China economic corridor. Details can be found in the article by Alexandra Kazunina.
Annotation. The article considers the technology for improving the supply processes of an industrial enterprise, aimed at ensuring the uninterrupted movement of the incoming material flow and part of the internal material flow. Recommendations are proposed for changing approaches to inventory and procurement management, generating reports in the enterprise information system, compiling documented procedures for the procurement and inventory management business processes of an industrial enterprise.
Annotation. The article analyzes the importance of procurement activities in the logistics system of goods movement for the sustainable development of wholesale organizations in the new economic conditions is carried out. The current systems aimed at integrating logistics functions to optimize the level of inventories of wholesale organizations are presented. The main trends of purchasing activity are shown on the example of one of the largest wholesale enterprises for the sale of consumer goods.
The article deals with the problem of consumption of economic products by public institutions, organizations and enterprises. The economic products are understood as the inventory required to complete the workplaces of employees, and the office supplies necessary to perform the respective functions. The paper reveals a system-wide algorithm to analyze consumption, calculate norms and standards, and to determine the need for economic products. As an example of the algorithm implementation, stationery, consumed in higher education institutions, was chosen.
Experience of use of airships for logistics of troops in the German Empire in the I World war and in the USSR is considered during the Great Patriotic War.
