Peculiarities of mergers and acquisitions in the aviation industry

Annotation. The article examines the role of mergers, acquisitions (M&A), and strategic partnerships in transforming the aviation industry amid the consolidation of the transport and logistics sector. The key drivers of such deals have been identified (access to new markets, technology integration, and reduction of operating costs) and a roadmap has been developed to manage the risks associated with antitrust regulation and integration processes.
