Annotation. The problems of logistics controlling as an important tool for improving the efficiency of companies – counterparties of the supply chain are considered. Given the complexity of logistics processes in the supply chain, the need for a comprehensive study and development of a methodology for controlling logistics in the context of digitalization of the economy is shown. The structure of the system and information support of controlling has been developed in detail, which can contribute to the rationalization of scenarios for logistics decisions, taking into account the criterion of maximum efficiency of an individual company and the supply chain as a whole.
