Dear readers! In September the CeMAT RUSSIA exhibition was held, which showed everyone that innovations and robotics are increasingly penetrating the logistics industry. We can safely say that many technologies are tested here, and only then they go out into the world. However, it is not only CeMAT RUSSIA that demonstrates the prevalence of the digital agenda.
Dear readers! This is the ninth issue of the journal, which turned out to be very rich and diverse. Traditionally, the issue is opened by an analyst. The material by Alina Nasyrova from the Market Guide Agency, dedicated to investments in warehouse complexes in Russia, recalls the importance of developing logistics infrastructure for the integrated development of regions.
Dear readers! We present to your attention the eighth issue of the magazine and its materials.
The paper investigates the specific features of new format of the procedures for determining the best solution to solve multicriteria optimization problems in the supply chain. This format includes: 1) modifying indicators of the particular criteria considering the corresponding attitude of decision maker (DM) to them and their importance for DM; 2) the selection on the basis of the criteria of traditional theory. The paper proves that the use of generalized selection criteria ensures stability of alternatives ranking to a change in preferences of DM on the importance of partial criteria. This gives managers new opportunities to improve the quality of decisions by better adapting them to the preferences of DM in situations when these preferences may vary. Illustrations are given in the example of the problems associated with the optimization of locations of the warehouse and its form of ownership.
Key words. Determination of deployment places and ownership for the warehouse, analytic hierarchy process, adapting the choice to the preferences of the decision maker, generalized methods of multicriteria optimization.
