Annotation. Purpose of this article is to application of functional formula method for seeking of optimum integration mechanism variant in accordance with cooperation level of supply chain particitants. For solvation of this problem was used researching cooperation. Of manufacturing, transportation, trade enterprice, store’s operators inside different forms of cooperative activities was solved the multistep taskof distribution integration mechanism optimization. The result of this work is the recommendation for selecting of priority integration mechanism integration for step to step moving of supplying chain participants from minimum to more higher level of cooperation.
