SCM account for quality and adaptive servicing of the markets, trade-offs balanced management of flows on the basis of parties integrated in logistics landscape, thanks to IT and advanced logistics decision making. Up-dating and improving SCM, undoubtedly has to do with the necessity of conducting logistics audit to identify and trace the so-called «bottle necks» for the subsequent supply chain designs based on the company’s marketing concepts and principles, as well as logistics methods in place.
