We continue the series of articles from P.V.
Dear readers! We present to your attention the first issue of the LOGISTICS journal in 2025. First of all, we would like to draw readers' attention to our new partner R1 Development, a development company that creates a new generation environment and specializes in the construction of industrial, logistics, commercial and residential real estate. One of the projects of R1 Development is the Druzhba industrial park network.
Dear readers! We present to your attention the final issue of the LOGISTICS journal in 2024. We have tried to make it rich and interesting. Today, many Russian companies operate under strict sanctions restrictions, which force them to reorient logistics flows. One of the possible solutions to this problem may be the Russia – Mongolia – China economic corridor. Details can be found in the article by Alexandra Kazunina.
The main goal of the first specialized conference and exhibition devoted entirely to transport logistics and trucking issues is to fill the gap in the industry-specific events that is obviously present in the sector.
The road transport and logistics industry is facing the task of searching for and bringing in the solutions that will provide improved business performances. We need both our own ones reflecting the specific nature of the national economy as well as transfer of the world’s best practices especially in the domain of advanced IT-solutions and cutting edge management strategies, regulatory methods and technologies.
The event is initiated by the Cross-Industry Expert Council on Road Transport Development (MOES). “Today we witness the beginning of the next and, to my mind, rather important stage of the development of the Russian transport and logistics industry,” says MOES chairman Boris Rybak. “The motor transport sector is evolving into an independent and influential segment of the transport and logistics market not just inside the country but even globally. This process is longing for formats that will allow to effectively discuss key problems and mold industry-wide solutions, as well as enhance positive publicity of the industry in the eyes of investors and regulating authorities and will contribute to the professional environment which will cultivate and acknowledge the best that this business has,” he adds.
The importance of the agenda and the opinion diversity suggest the format of a conference, which will combine traditional presentations with a large number of discussions to be joined by both CEOs of leading motor carriers and representatives of regulating authorities, industry-oriented NGOs and associations and industry experts.
Conference Agenda:
The event brings together: representatives of freight transport companies, logistics operators, cargo shippers, regulating authorities, industry NGOs and associations, motor vehicle and spare part suppliers, IT-providers, R&D institutes and industry experts.
The conference will be accompanied by an exhibition organized in the lobby of the conference hall. Its participants will showcase products and services in the two following areas: Technological Innovations in Road Transport and Motor Transport Maintenance and Repair.
The event is organized by ATO Events and the Trucks and Roads Online Service (www.truckandroad.ru).
Venue: Moscow, the AZIMUT Hotel Olympic Moscow
