A current tenant of the Severnoe Domodedovo Warehouse Complex, the international transport company ENERGIYA, has signed a lease agreement for an additional 2,800 sq. m. of warehouse space. The agreement was signed for a period of five years. As a result, the total warehouse space being rented in Severnoe Domodedovo PLC by one of the most notable participants in Russia’s transport and logistics market is 10,100 sq. m. In April 2018, the company signed a lease agreement for 7,300 sq. m. in this complex. This was reported by MLP Management Company, which manages the grade-A Severnoe Domodedovo Warehouse Complex.
SEVERNOE DOMODEDOVO WAREHOUSE COMPLEX is Russia’s largest storage facility. Its total area is 540,000 sq. m. The complex is located 11 km from the Moscow Ring Road on federal highway M4 (the Kashirskoye Highway), 8 km from the Simferopolskoye highway, 19 km from the A107 highway, and 10 km from Domodedovo Airport. The complex’s tenants include: DPD, Iron Mountain, Ulmart, Faberlic, NC Pharm, Hoff, Bridgestone, GLK-Trans, transport company Energiya, transport company Baikal-Service, Almafood production company, and others. The Kashirsky customs post is located on the territory of Severnoe Domodedovo. Severnoe Domodedovo Warehouse Complex is under the management of MLP Management Company, a leader of Russia's grade-A warehouse real estate market. In total, MLP Management Company manages more than 1.8 million sq. m. of grade-A storage space in active logistical complexes (www.mlprussia.com).
