First of all, we would like to draw readers' attention to our new partner R1 Development, a development company that creates a new generation environment and specializes in the construction of industrial, logistics, commercial and residential real estate. Dear readers! We present to your attention the final issue of the LOGISTICS journal in 2024. We have tried to make it rich and interesting. Today, many Russian companies operate under strict sanctions restrictions, which force them to reorient logistics flows. One of the possible solutions to this problem may be the Russia – Mongolia – China economic corridor. Details can be found in the article by Alexandra Kazunina.
Tablogix was audited under the new edition of the international quality management standard ISO 9001:2015 for the first time. Published in 2015 new edition better reflects business needs. Stronger globalization has caused changes in the business technologies and leds to more complex supply chains. Now customers have higher expectations for services and products. This situation is extremely observed in the logistic services market as well.
Each audit and new edition of the standard increases the requirements for management. Logistics provider needs more knowledge and resources to maintain a high level of Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with international principles. At the preparatory stage Tablogix revised its QMS for compliance with the new requirements, trained staff, changed management processes and documentation.
The audit was conducted in the central office and in the Part Distribution Center located in the Tomilino Logistic Park. The auditor was world famous international company Bureau Verutas Certification. It looked into well-organized operations with auto parts, good annual inventory results and all key indicators, customer satisfaction, risk management process, and increase in management effectiveness. General Director David Lane played a leading role in the audit activities.
The received certificate ISO 9001:2015 confirms that the company is on the right way, adapting to the changes in order to better meet the customers needs and values. At the same time, Tablogix is continually looking for tools and technologies to improve processes and assess risks. Handling of auto parts involves strict requirements and the company strives to show its leadership in the struggle for quality, accuracy and speed of operations.
Alfred Eckl, Tablogix Development Director, noted: "Due to global production and activities connected to a large number of employees, automotive companies demand ISO certification as a global standard to manage and execute the administration equally. Despite of own plants and warehouses they request ISO certification from their service providers as well.The successful certification demonstrates that Tablogix QMS follows international management standards and requirements of automotive industry".
