Dear readers! We present to your attention the final issue of the LOGISTICS journal in 2024. We have tried to make it rich and interesting. Today, many Russian companies operate under strict sanctions restrictions, which force them to reorient logistics flows. One of the possible solutions to this problem may be the Russia – Mongolia – China economic corridor. Details can be found in the article by Alexandra Kazunina.
ISO 9001 is the International quality management system standard that helps companies to demonstrate the high quality of their products and services and to improve business processes. Tablogix considers that using a quality management system (QMS) in the company builds trust in its services and fulfills the requirements of their customers.
ISO 9001:2015 is the reaction of the business community to the changes in technology and the world trade over the last 7 years since the publication of ISO 9001:2008. It has been created for companies working in the global environment and using information technology. It allows organizations to adapt to a changing world. The new edition brings together the concept of "process approach" and "risk-oriented thinking", and better elaborates on the services management. Today QMS analysis is as important for success as business performance analysis.
Tablogix is one of the first logistic providers in Russia to have implemented and certified their QMS under international standard ISO 9001:2008. Since that time the company has been audited successfully and obtained consistently high scores. The Tablogix QMS has been developed anticipating the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and focusing on customer needs. It implements all the requirements of the latest edition of the standard and the company will qualify for the new certificate in July 2017.
A significant, new requirement is to demonstrate leadership with all personnel from top management to production staff actively involved the system. Senior management provides leadership through the mechanism of goal-setting and measuring achievement. This has been fundamental to Tablogix over many years.
Tablogix has developed a process approach to business for more than 10 years. The company has established a unique system of modeling of logistic processes and has accumulated an extensive knowledge base.
Company management is based on using the key performance indicators (KPIs). They were based on those from the best management systems developed in cooperation with major international companies. The system of KPIs covers not only the production units but also the administrative staff of the company.
Tablogix implements risk management in areas such as safety, security, warehouse operations and information technology. To evaluate the risks Tablogix applies its own methodology and software monitoring tools as well as international standard ISO ISO 31000:2009 "Risk Management. The principles and guidelines". The QMS allows the company to realize the opportunities with minimal risk.
Tablogix is one the first company on the Russian market whose QMS will be certified under a new standard ISO 9001:2015. It will be one of the drivers of development and will strengthen the market position.
