Dear readers! In September the CeMAT RUSSIA exhibition was held, which showed everyone that innovations and robotics are increasingly penetrating the logistics industry. We can safely say that many technologies are tested here, and only then they go out into the world. However, it is not only CeMAT RUSSIA that demonstrates the prevalence of the digital agenda.
Dear readers! This is the ninth issue of the journal, which turned out to be very rich and diverse. Traditionally, the issue is opened by an analyst. The material by Alina Nasyrova from the Market Guide Agency, dedicated to investments in warehouse complexes in Russia, recalls the importance of developing logistics infrastructure for the integrated development of regions.
Dear readers! We present to your attention the eighth issue of the magazine and its materials.
Brand eins and Statista once again name PTV one of the best corporate consultants in the areas of transport, traffic and logistics.
Karlsruhe, 22 May 2017. This year, PTV Transport Consult GmbH has once again made the leap to the list of “best consultants”. In the largest consulting survey in Germany, which is conducted by Brand eins Wissen and Statista, the transport specialists won people over with their expertise in the areas of transport, traffic and logistics.
For the current industry report “The new tools and technologies: People! People! People!”, more than 16,000 corporate consultants from various areas were examined in detail by the journalists of Brand eins Wissen and the world's leading statistics portal Statista. Only those who could shine with respect to special knowledge and method expertise were selected as the best of the best – including PTV Transport Consult. “Our team has a wide bandwidth of expertise in all questions of traffic engineering. That this is the second time we have been recognised confirms our philosophy and makes us proud,” says Thomas Ferrero, Managing Director at PTV Transport Consult.
As a member of the PTV Group, the company conducts surveys and develops solutions and concepts for traffic, transport, mobility, energy and the environment. Its wide range of services includes transport planning and traffic engineering, traffic management, road safety management, safety and protection of infrastructure, transport economics, public transport planning as well as passenger surveys and revenue allocation. Projects for public and private clients in Germany and abroad are managed by the consultants at the company’s headquarters in Karlsruhe and by local teams in Berlin, Dresden, Düsseldorf, Munich and Stuttgart.
For the current study, Statista was commissioned by the magazine "brand eins" to survey approximately 1,500 leading employees at companies that award contracts to consulting service providers, as well as partners and project managers of corporate consultancies. The big report was published in the May-June 2017 issue (issue no. 6) of “brand eins Topic Consulting”. The magazine is also available in the online kiosk .
