Dear readers! We present to your attention the final issue of the LOGISTICS journal in 2024. We have tried to make it rich and interesting. Today, many Russian companies operate under strict sanctions restrictions, which force them to reorient logistics flows. MOSCOW, 17 October, 2016 – JLL has announced a key appointment to strengthen its leadership in the Russia & CIS real estate market. Viacheslav Kholopov joined JLL team as Regional Director, Head of Warehouse and Industrial Department.
Viacheslav is an acknowledged real estate market expert with over 10 years of experience in the sector. He joins JLL from Knight Frank, where he was Partner, Regional Director, Office and Industrial Real Estate, Land.
Viacheslav started his work in Knight Frank in 2007 and headed the Industrial Department in 2008. Due to his contribution to Knight Frank business development, he was promoted to Partner in 2013. Team under his leadership has concluded a record volume of warehouse transactions in Russia that exceeds 3m sq m.
Viacheslav is a member of both the Board and the Certification Commission of the Association of Russian Industrial Parks (AIPR).
In his new role, Viacheslav will be responsible for business development in warehouse & industrial real estate sector, expanding JLL’s portfolio of projects as well as maintaining strong relationships with clients.
