Until the end of November, testing of the work of the "Carrier's Personal Account" in the Mobile Driver application developed by Spargo Technologies by order of CV Protek (distribution segment of Protek Group) will be completed.
The functionality of the "Personal Account" will automate the company's settlements with carriers and, in the future, switch to working with electronic waybills using an enhanced qualified electronic signature. From December 2022, based on the results of testing, the new options will be available to the company's transport partners in all regions where CV Protek operates.
The "Personal Account" displays the results of delivery for each day, within a few seconds the cost of services rendered is calculated, then payment documents for the reporting period will be generated, which will then be submitted for verification and payment.
The implementation of the Mobile Driver application in all regions where CV Protek operates was completed in August of this year. Today, up to 1,000 delivery routes for 27,000 customers per day are implemented through it.
Mobile Driver allows you to plan the optimal route for the delivery of orders and accompany the driver using mapping services. Also, the new software product CV Protek involves the control of the return of orders and sets of returnable packaging, the integrity of the order.
The application has a full set of options for courier delivery, including payment acceptance.
The use of the Mobile Driver allowed to reduce the time of planning routes by 60% (from 4 to 1.5 hours), the time of the driver on the route - by 10%. The processing and planning time for pre-delivery deliveries has been reduced from 3-4 days to delivery the next day.
“Individual functions in our IT product are widely represented on the market of Transportation Management System (TMS) automation systems. The Mobile Driver application is an attempt to combine optimal solutions into a single integrated product. Thanks to automation, the speed of calculating the cost of services rendered and data exchange between the carrier and CV Protek has increased several times, respectively, the quality of service for partners is growing, and the efficiency of our interaction is increasing. The large-scale use of the Mobile Driver will increase the speed of cargo delivery from the distributor’s warehouse to the retail link and improve the quality of logistics services with an eye on the further active development of e-commerce and the possibility of delivering prescription drugs, said Dmitry Pogrebinsky, CEO of CV Protek.
