Kärcher Ltd announces the launch of the "Karcher consultant" skill for the voice assistant Alice, which is used by more than 45 million people monthly. It can be activated by the following commands: "Alice, ask Kärcher consultant which pressure washer to choose", "Start a chat with the Kärcher consultant" or "Start the skill Kärcher Consultant". Alice will find a perfect model of pressure washer taking into account users' wishes and needs.
You can use the voice assistant on such devices as a mobile phone or a tablet with Yandex applications, as well as a computer with a Yandex.Browser. Alice will clarify what exactly the user is going to wash - for example, cars or garden tools, how he plans to connect the device - to the water supply, to the water tank, etc. Moreover, the cost of the device will be taken into account. As a result, Alice will find a pressure washer that fully meets all the criteria and, for convenience, will show it on the Kärcher official website.
Alexey Alexeev, the General Director of Kärcher Russia and the President of the company in the CIS region, noted: “Today more and more of our customers are searching for the advice online. Chatbots are one of the most effective ways to respond quickly to customer requests and at the same time unload the contact center. That is why our company has launched a new skill that makes it faster and easier to choose the right model of high pressure washer".
Kärcher notes that the number of online requests is growing every year, and therefore strives to develop digital services. For example, a video chat was recently launched, where users can view the device from all sides in real time and quickly receive detailed advice from Kärcher specialists.
According to Yandex, Alice receives 1 billion messages a month, and her skills catalog receives 3,000 voice applications. All cues in the new Kärcher skill are based on the experience of advising clients on the brand's lineup and frequently asked questions on device functionality.
