The first issue is dedicated to one of the innovative domestic developments, AI-Kantorovich, which the Crystal Growth Foundation created together with Hive Mind AI.

Moscow, 18 September, 2015 – JLL has been named best overall real estate consultant in Russia in the 11th annual global Real Estate Survey by the international finance magazine Euromoney. This is the 2nd consecutive time that JLL has been honored with this award. The company also has been voted the winner in the ‘Agency/Lettings’ and ‘Research’ categories in Russia.
The Euromoney magazine annual Real Estate Survey has, since 2004, canvassed the opinions of real estate advisors, developers, investment managers, corporate end-users and banks worldwide. According to the survey’s results, JLL has been voted Best Consultant in the UK, Italy, Poland, Turkey, and Russia. JLL also has been named the best consultancy in CEE.
This April JLL Russia was also named Consultant of the Year at the Commercial Real Estate Moscow Awards ceremony for the 10th consecutive time and the 11th time in the award’s history. JLL also took home the Best Consultant award in Russia at the RCSC Awards 2015.
