Dear readers! We are pleased to present to you the eleventh issue of the journal in 2025. There are a lot of relevant and useful materials in the issue, which, hopefully, will not be ignored.
Dear readers! In September the CeMAT RUSSIA exhibition was held, which showed everyone that innovations and robotics are increasingly penetrating the logistics industry. We can safely say that many technologies are tested here, and only then they go out into the world. However, it is not only CeMAT RUSSIA that demonstrates the prevalence of the digital agenda.
Dear readers! This is the ninth issue of the journal, which turned out to be very rich and diverse. Traditionally, the issue is opened by an analyst. Victoria Zadorina Joined CBRE as a Director in the Offices Department

CBRE, a global property advisor, announces the appointment of Victoria Zadorina as a Director in the Offices Department. Victoria will be responsible for further development and growth of the projects portfolio as well as increase of transaction volumes for the office business in owner services, offices platform.
Victoria has an 11-year experience in the real estate market, 10 of which she worked for JLL where she led key developer accounts and had a major role in client relationship management across business lines.
Victoria has extensive experience in the commercial real estate business. She has taken a major role to lead such landmark projects as Voentorg (60,000 sq m), Domnikov (150,000 sq m), Krugozor (50,000 sq m) from marketing concept development to actual leasing. Amongst Victoria’s key developer accounts are OPIN, Legion Development, KR Properties, Promsviaznedvizhimost’, O1 Properties, Hals Development, A.N.D Corporation. Leasehold and freehold acquisition transactions with Siemens (26,000 sq m), Alfa Bank (22,000 sq m), Techsnabexport (12,700 sq m), STS (14,000 sq m) are just a few to mention out of Victoria's 300,000 sq m + track record.
