Dear readers! We present to your attention the final issue of the LOGISTICS journal in 2024. We have tried to make it rich and interesting. Today, many Russian companies operate under strict sanctions restrictions, which force them to reorient logistics flows. One of the possible solutions to this problem may be the Russia – Mongolia – China economic corridor. Details can be found in the article by Alexandra Kazunina.
CBRE has been recognized among the top 5 consultants in Russia in terms of I&L deals volume in 2017.
30% of all I&L deals in Russia were closed by CBRE I&L team. The total volume of the closed deals is 403,000 sq. m, 25% increase comparatively to 2016 records. The major deals were: a distribution center of X5 Retail Group in the logistics park “Orientir Sever 2” (45,000 sq m) and purchase of logistics "hub" for SIBUR company on the territory of freight village "Freight village Vorsino" (35,000 sq. m). CBRE team also actively worked in the Russian regions, where over 150,000 sq. m deals were closed in 2017, including distribution centers projects for such companies as Auchan, Krasnoye & Beloye and Metro.
Anton Alyabyev, Director of Warehouse & Industrial Department, CBRE in Russia said: “To achieve success is a challenging task, but it is still difficult to consolidate and develop. Our team never stands still and we constantly strive for growth and development. We are very pleased that last year we managed to improve our results and to reach 400 thousand square meters of closed deals and once again be the first with a market share of 30%.
