Torgoviy Park N1 in Zhukovskiy, Russia (with 54,000 sq m GBA) is located in 20 km from the MKAD on the crossing of Novoryazanskoye highway and Rechnoy proezd, close to the two towns in the Moscow region, Zhukovskiy and Ramenskoye. Over 300,000 people live around the shopping centre.
Nadezhda Tsvetkova, Associate Director, Retail Department, CBRE Russia, commented: “It is almost 5 months before the grand opening of Torgoviy Park N1 and there are very few retail premises left. This means that despite high vacancy rate in shopping malls around Russia as well as in Moscow region, this shopping mall is in much demand. Taking into the account that the town of Zhukovskiy is located just in 20 km from Moscow and that the majority of its population are the young people with high income, the same as in Moscow we are confident that international and federal brands, that are focused on this target group will soon lease the premises of the shopping arcade. “
