CBRE has been appointed as the exclusive consultant for retail space lease in the shopping center which is a part of a mixed-use complex in Moscow, Leninsky 38. The complex is being constructed in the South-West of Moscow. The developer of Leninsky 38 is Medzhicom, LLC.
The total area of the project is 78,907 sq m, it consists of 3 buildings: a 4-level shopping center, a 19-storey modern hotel with 354 rooms (managed by an international hotel operator), as well as a 19-storey business-class apartment complex with 213 apartments.
The new shopping center as a part of Leninsky 38 mixed-use complex (GLA is over 10 000 sq m) - one of the most modern district shopping centers of Moscow. The shopping center provides comfortable underground parking for 150 cars. The grand opening of the shopping gallery is scheduled for the end of 2020.
