CBRE acted as the advisor of 18,670.7 sq m warehouse lease for the largest Russian distributor of pharmaceuticals, Pharmkomplekt, in a Class A + logistics complex "Logopark Bykovo" in Moscow region.
The lease agreement is signed for 10 years.
"Logopark Bykovo" is a modern warehouse complex, located in the Moscow region in 19 km from MKAD on the Novoryazanskoe highway. The total area of the warehouse terminals is 480 000 sq m.
Over 80 tenants are the residents of this logistics park, such as: Business Lines, BSH, Merlion, BILLA and others.
Pharmkomplekt is not the first deal of CBRE in this logistics park. The largest federal retail chain for children, Dochki-Synochki, has signed a long term lease agreement for 42,203 sq m in this warehouse in 2015. This transaction was nominated for CRE Moscow Awards 2016.
