Bright Rich brokerage company has brought a LED production manufacturer Apeyron Electrics to Dolgoprudnyj warehouse complex. The rented space exceeds 2 500 sq. m. The tenant company is going to use the warehouse to storage a finished production.
Dolgoprudnyj warehouse complex is located in the north direction from the capital city in 2 kilometers from the Moscow Ring Road. Evgeny Titarenko, the partner of Bright Rich | CORFAC Int. notes, that semi-annual report shows a growth of demand in a north direction on 33 percent of the total number of deals. The level of vacant spaces is 79 000 sq. m. or 12 percent of the total number of vacancies.
The total area of Dolgoprudnyj warehouse complex is 27 000 sq. m. The building has a concrete floor with anti-dust coverage. The floor can handle pressure under 10 tons on a sq. m., the height of ceilings is 12,5 meters, the column spacing is 12 x 24 meters. The basic rental rate is 7,000 rubles on a sq. m. in a year.
