Dear readers! In September the CeMAT RUSSIA exhibition was held, which showed everyone that innovations and robotics are increasingly penetrating the logistics industry. We can safely say that many technologies are tested here, and only then they go out into the world. However, it is not only CeMAT RUSSIA that demonstrates the prevalence of the digital agenda.
Dear readers! This is the ninth issue of the journal, which turned out to be very rich and diverse. Traditionally, the issue is opened by an analyst. The material by Alina Nasyrova from the Market Guide Agency, dedicated to investments in warehouse complexes in Russia, recalls the importance of developing logistics infrastructure for the integrated development of regions.
IT Partner rented a dry warehouse with an area of over 4,200 square meters in Salaryevo (DDT Logistic) industrial complex. Bright Rich | CORFAC Int. acted as a broker of the deal.
The tenant needed expansion within the current warehouse. Salaryevo (DDT Logistic) warehouse complex is a A-class project that is located 5 km from the Moscow Ring Road along the Kiev highway. Its total area is 55 874 sq. m. The ceiling height reaches 14 meters that allows residents to place bulky goods on shelves. The floor has an anti-dust coating and can carry a load of 6-8 tons / sq.m. Column spacing is 12x24 m. There is a parking lot on the territory of the warehouse complex.
At the moment, the second stage of the warehouse complex with a 23,000 sq. m total area is under construction. Completion of construction is scheduled for the 4th quarter of this year.
