Today, many Russian companies operate under strict sanctions restrictions, which force them to reorient logistics flows. IT Partner rented a dry warehouse with an area of over 4,200 square meters in Salaryevo (DDT Logistic) industrial complex. Bright Rich | CORFAC Int. acted as a broker of the deal.
The tenant needed expansion within the current warehouse. Salaryevo (DDT Logistic) warehouse complex is a A-class project that is located 5 km from the Moscow Ring Road along the Kiev highway. Its total area is 55 874 sq. m. The ceiling height reaches 14 meters that allows residents to place bulky goods on shelves. The floor has an anti-dust coating and can carry a load of 6-8 tons / sq.m. Column spacing is 12x24 m. There is a parking lot on the territory of the warehouse complex.
At the moment, the second stage of the warehouse complex with a 23,000 sq. m total area is under construction. Completion of construction is scheduled for the 4th quarter of this year.
