Dear readers! We present to your attention the final issue of the LOGISTICS journal in 2024. We have tried to make it rich and interesting. Today, many Russian companies operate under strict sanctions restrictions, which force them to reorient logistics flows. One of the possible solutions to this problem may be the Russia – Mongolia – China economic corridor. Details can be found in the article by Alexandra Kazunina.
The third issue of the journal in 2018 is devoted to transport logistics. It is the development of transport technologies that affects the acceleration or slowdown of the country's development. For Russia with its vast territories, transport logistics is of particular importance, and its problems solution requires both scientific and practical approaches.
The article by Denis Panteleyev, dealing with the choice of a logistics tool for centralized supply management, is devoted to the problems of transport logistics. To continue the topic, Petr Kurenkov, Anastasia Safronova, Diana Kakhrimanova consider the problem of transport management for all types of communication under digitalization conditions and suggest possible schemes of interaction between the subjects of the transport services market and various modes of transport.
Natalia Lakhmetkina, Ivan Semenov discuss the concept of lean manufacturing and the possibility of its implementation in the supply chain of the companies engaged in the transportation of liquid bulk cargo.
Vladimir Prokhorov and Nikita Adukonis present the analysis of the dynamics of the cargo terminal complex development in the port of Ust-Luga, considering the competitive opportunities compared to other domestic cargo terminals of the North-West, and give the values of the shares of freight turnover of the Russian seaports.
Now let’s turn to other topics. We present to your attention the second article by Natalia Kireeva and Olga Trofimova, devoted to the pressing topic of theft in the warehouse. In the new publication, the authors offer organizational and technical-technological methods to prevent grand larceny and minor larceny of goods in the warehouse. They identify the main causes for the employees to commit theft, and also indicate the places in the warehouse that have potential security risks.
