In the latest issue, we continue the topic of automation and robotization in the industry.
Dear friends! We present to your attention the fifth issue of Logistics for 2024. Like you, our dear readers, we see an increasing trend of digitalization and automation of the logistics industry, and more and more authors are paying attention to it.
As you know, logistics, acting as an indicator of economic phenomena in the country and in the world, seeks to optimize the costs and improve the efficiency of business processes. Today, this trend is most clearly seen and companies are striving to get really working tools for efficient logistics management. CeMAT RUSSIA 2018 exhibition (we inform about its results on the pages of the tenth issue), as well as the LOGISTICS journal, which helps find various technological and organizational solutions for optimizing logistic processes in companies, can be considered to be such tools.
In the latest issue, new communication tools in logistics management are discussed ‒ Dmitry Shiryaev, the Head of the transport department of Sovtransavto-Moscow, informs about the use of IT solutions aimed at logistics processes automation.
