Published No. 1 of the LOGISTICS journal for 2025
Dear readers! We present to your attention the first issue of the LOGISTICS journal in 2025. First of all, we would like to draw readers' attention to our new partner R1 Development, a development company that creates a new generation environment and specializes in the construction of industrial, logistics, commercial and residential real estate. One of the projects of R1 Development is the Druzhba industrial park network. By following the code on the first cover of the publication, you can get acquainted with their work in more detail.
As always, the materials of the latest issue are devoted to relevant and sought-after topics among industry professionals. Our authors L.V. Gashkova and Yu.A. Dergaleva in their article analyze the performance of the distribution center using simulation modeling on the AnyLogic platform. The material will be of interest to anyone who has decided to optimize warehouse performance. The issue contains a lot of materials on the work of Russian railways. So, M.A. Dezhkov and co-authors talk about the implementation of logistical solutions to improve the efficiency of the stations of the Eastern Polygon of the railways of the Russian Federation. Continuing the topic, P.E. Agafonov makes proposals for the redistribution of rail freight traffic to increase the transport capacity of Russian Railways, and L.V. Velikaya offers calculations of the expected financial results of gondola operators per gondola car per day for the period 2025-2034.
