In recent years the problems of the logistics technologies development in the fields of transport, industry and business has acquired a strategic character. The regulatory framework for standardizing processes and managing the life cycle of complex systems is being developed, much attention being paid to the continuity of supply chains. Today Russian businessmen face difficulties for loading warehouses and logistics centers, when redirecting flows of goods to the domestic market, that is why the stability and safety of the transport and logistics complex operation in the Russian Federation is more urgent now than ever.
To ensure smooth operation of the logistics industry is impossible without specialists and scientists, who design and implement modern logistics systems. On the pages of the ninth issue of the LOGISTICS journal, we have combined the articles and information materials that will undoubtedly contribute much to the solution of this important problem.
