Annotation. The development of urban infrastructure aimed at creating a comfortable environment for residents and guests of the capital is a priority task of the Moscow Department of transport and road infrastructure development. Сity streets, public transport, pedestrian and recreational areas are being transformed in a consistent and thoughtful manner. Currently, a plan is being developed for the reconstruction of Moscow railway stations. For this purpose Plekhanov Russian University of Economics research team conducted a comprehensive study aimed at assessing the quality of services at railway stations of the city. The article considers one of the research parts – the assessment of the quality of information and reference services for passengers of various categories.
