The article establishes the role of ASEAN in the development of non-primary non-energy exports of the Russian Federation in the context of specific member states based on a comprehensive analysis of statistical indicators. The established role reflects the unrealized potential for the subsequent economically sound application of the tools provided by the national system of support for non-primary non-energy exports and changes in export customs duty rates.
