The article discusses the use of concession agreements as an instrument of public-private partnerships to improve the efficiency of management of transport and logistics projects. Examples of implementation of the concession agreement on the terms of transport and logistics projects in the Russian and foreign practice. The principles of construction management transport and logistics project, and formulated the basic directions of increase of efficiency of use of concession agreements as an instrument of public-private partnership in the implementation of transport and logistics projects.
