Annotation. This article examines the specifics of cargo exports from the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation and the role of the Northern Sea Route as a transport artery. The experience of using logistics schemes for the removal of goods from the Arctic within the framework of existing projects is analyzed and the importance of developing mineral resource development projects in the modern realities of geopolitical tension is determined. The need to update the group of organizational and economic methods for substantiating the effectiveness of logistics schemes for the removal of goods from the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation has been proven.
