Annotation. The article discusses the main global trends in the transformation of business models of supply chain management. The focus is on an entrepreneurial approach to logistics and supply chain management through changing management business models, moving from linear to platform-based business models. It is concluded that there is a clearly insufficient level of development of business models for supply chain management, which hinders the use of new resources for economic growth and its transition to a new stage. The mechanisms of transition to a new stage of economic growth using network interaction in the development of logistics and the formation of industrial and logistics platforms as a business model for managing an intersectoral business network in real time and based on a flexible organizational architecture are proposed.
