Annotation. The problem of planning cargo delivery to container terminals for consolidation into cargo containers is considered. The proposed models combine into a single general model orders for the delivery of shipped goods to the container terminal for subsequent shipment by railway transport and the reverse task of removing the arrived goods from the terminal and delivery to the final consignee. Algorithms for finding optimal routes and a software package implementing them are proposed. Examples are given.
