Annotation. The problem of overloading the capabilities of the railway infrastructure complex, especially characteristic of limited areas of the railway network, is being solved today through the introduction and operation of a Dynamic model of infrastructure loading. It is designed to promptly assess and plan the loading of infrastructure, taking into account the technical standards of operational work and ensure an increase in loading volumes and a reduction in the turnover of wagons. However, some shippers, due to the specifics of their production activities, suffer from innovations. The volume of loading for some cargoes shows a decrease, which requires refinement of the algorithms of the Dynamic model, taking into account the wishes of shippers.
Key words. Shipper, carrier, consignee, loading, application for freight transportation by rail, Dynamic model of infrastructure loading, daily client loading plan.
