Annotation. The article considers the practical application of the method of dynamic inventory rationing at a manufacturing enterprise. The current approach to inventory management and rationing in the company is considered, shortcomings are identified, such as the lack of a scientific approach, the lack of consideration of different priorities of orders, and others. Measures have been formed to implement a dynamic rationing policy on the example of the most popular product. The effectiveness of the measures is justified by the reduction of the total penalty for the delay in sending orders. The conclusions confirming the efficiency of the proposed measures are presented.
