Dear readers! This is the ninth issue of the journal, which turned out to be very rich and diverse. Traditionally, the issue is opened by an analyst. Annotation. The article analyzes foreign and domestic experience in applying a multi-agent approach to the development of a passenger complex. An assessment is made of changes in the volume of passenger work, taking into account the development of the tourism industry by region, including transportation in the direction of the Crimean Peninsula. The state of the passenger transportation market and the logistics infrastructure of the Russian Railways passenger complex are analyzed. The main tasks and stages of development of digital and platform solutions for the South of Russia are considered. A concept for the development of digital services is proposed, taking into account the multi-agent approach to select the optimal way of transportation for passengers.
