Our editorial staff, like all our colleagues, is preparing for the TransRussia 2025 exhibition, the largest event in the industry. Annotation. The article is devoted to the study of the impact of drivers' performance on the reputational risks of trucking companies. The paper highlights the importance of reputation management as a strategic objective to ensure the sustainable development of enterprises. The key reputational risks specific to the automotive industry are highlighted and the main factors that can minimize these risks are identified. Special attention is paid to the role of drivers as direct representatives of the company in the eyes of customers and society. Consideration of practical cases allows for a deeper understanding of the mechanisms of occurrence and implementation of reputational risks, as well as recommendations for their prevention.
