Formation of a metagraph model of the impact of risks on transport and logistics processes

Annotation. The article examines the problems of managing transport and logistics processes in conditions of uncertainty of changes in factors that determine the external environment. The authors proposed an approach that involves describing a mechanism for identifying the impact of atypical risks on the processes of an enterprise participating in the formation of cargo flow based on the formation of a metagraph model of the occurrence and joint impact of risks. Subsets of primary and secondary risks are identified. Using the example of an analysis of the dynamics of changes in the number of road accidents in the period from 2021-2023. It was found that the process of emergence of primary and secondary risks in the field of transport activities is caused by the simultaneous action of several typical groups of environmental factors: natural, economic and social.
