Annotation. The differences in the concepts of «logistics service» and «service logistics» are shown. The logistics bush is characterized as the base of the ecosystem in the service sector. The objects of logistics management have been expanded, now including, along with the flows of ordinary objects, unique objects in the form of complex technical devices and works of art. The functions of logistics in its guise as a service are considered.
